We represent developers and investors in the acquisition, financing, construction, development, and disposition of improved and unimproved commercial properties, including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family residential properties, and resort communities. We have also served as legal counsel in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) acquisitions involving many different types of properties.

We assist our clients in traditional first-mortgage lending transactions (construction and permanent), securitized financing, mezzanine financing, and non-traditional financing structures. Our real estate attorneys assist clients in the negotiation and preparation of management agreements, real estate leases, land subdivision agreements, planning and zoning, condominium and timeshare regimes, real estate foreclosure, and like-kind exchanges of all types. Although the bulk of our practice involves commercial property, we also represent individuals in the purchase, construction, leasing, and sale of residential real estate.
